Tom Owens

Tom Owens is a senior associate at Kelley/Clarke with more than fifteen years of litigation experience. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across Texas and Florida, focusing on complex civil litigation and arbitration. His practice encompasses contract disputes, premises liability, property law, corporate matters, and a broad spectrum of general civil cases. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University in 2001 and graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law in 2010.
